Faculty hold prestigious positions at Texas State including vice president, assistant vice president, director and department chair. Most have 20-30 years of experience in student affairs.

Upon graduation, 100%percent of the 2008 Student Affairs master’s cohort accepted jobs in the student affairs profession at various institutions including: Louisiana State University, Texas Christian University, Trinity University, University of Miami, University of Texas and Texas State University.

Students in the program represent many diverse cultures and backgrounds.

The program meets CAS and ACPA Professional Preparation Commission standards.

Nearly all students enrolled in the program hold some form of financial assistance (graduate assistantship, fellowship, scholarship).
