Graduate Assistantships (GA)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The student must be accepted into a degree-granting graduate program at Texas State University, preferably the student affairs graduate program, although certain other majors may be eligible.

Students must be enrolled in nine hours during the fall and spring semester in order to be eligible for and maintain their assistantship.

 

 

Compensation

GRA's are paid salary for a half-time (20 hours per week) position.

Salaries are considered in determining eligibility for financial aid.

Additional Benefits

Ability to pay tuition and fees with the use of an installment plan.
